Terms of Service
1. What DealTough is
DealTough estimates what a used item is worth, scores the asking price, and suggests an opening offer and a walk-away price. Its reports are generated automatically from the information you give it and from comparable listings. It is not a professional appraisal, inspection, or legal or financial advice.
2. How estimates work
Market values are estimated from comparable listings currently for sale, mainly on eBay, adjusted for condition. Listings show what sellers are asking, not always what items sell for, and results depend on how well the listing describes the item. Check anything that matters — condition, title, history, and the item itself — before you buy. You are responsible for your purchase decisions.
3. Your account
You need an account to analyze listings. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account.
4. Plans and billing
- Free: 4 listing analyses to start (2 each month plus 2 bonus), and unlimited manual scoring.
- DealTough Plus: $8 per month for 25 analyses each month, billed through Stripe. It renews monthly until you cancel.
- Credit Pack: $4 one-time for 10 extra analyses that do not expire with the month.
We never see or store your card details. Prices can change; if they do, we’ll tell subscribers by email before it affects them. See our refund and cancellation policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use DealTough to break the law, to harass anyone, to scrape or resell its reports, or to attack the service. We can suspend accounts that do these things.
6. Your content
What you paste or upload remains yours. You give Doer Tough LLC permission to process it as needed to produce your reports, including sending it to the providers listed in our privacy policy.
7. Availability
We aim to keep DealTough running, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. Parts of it depend on outside providers, and those providers occasionally break.
8. Liability
DealTough is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Doer Tough LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the outcome of any purchase or negotiation, and total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
9. Ending things
You can stop using DealTough and cancel at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. If we close your account without cause, we’ll refund the unused part of your current period.
