Refunds & Cancelling
How to cancel DealTough Plus
Sign in and click Manage billing at the top of the analyzer. That opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can cancel or update your card. You can also email support@doertoughmikeai.com from the address on your account and we’ll cancel it for you. After you cancel, Plus stays active through the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
Plus subscriptions
Plus bills $8 each month. We don’t automatically refund partial months.
Credit packs
A credit pack is a one-time $4 purchase for 10 analyses. Unused credits are not refundable once added to your account, except in the cases below.
When we will refund
- You were charged after successfully cancelling.
- You were charged twice for the same thing.
- You paid for a credit pack and the credits never reached your account.
- The service was substantially unavailable or broken for a meaningful part of your billing period.
Contact support@doertoughmikeai.com using the email address on your account. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
